Timber decks built on a proper frame, plus pergolas, outdoor bars and garden structures.
A deck is only as good as the frame under it. We build decking frames from treated joists on proper footings, spaced and levelled so the boards stay flat and don't bounce, then lay the boards with a clean finish at the edges and steps.
We build ground-level decks, raised decks off conservatories and back doors, decks that wrap around a garden room, and timber structures to go with them: pergolas, screens and outdoor bars around the barbecue.

Questions about decking
Can you replace just the boards on my old deck?
Sometimes. If the frame underneath is sound we can re-board it. If the joists have rotted, it's better to rebuild the frame, and we'll show you why when we look at it.
Can you build a raised deck off the back door?
Yes. Raised decks are a common job for us, built level with the door threshold with steps down to the garden.
